March Debate Club presents: 4-Day Work Weeks Are More Productive

Can working fewer days lead to greater productivity, or is the traditional 5-day work week still the best model for success? In this debate, two teams will go head-to-head, with one side arguing that a 4-day work week increases efficiency, boosts well-being, and prevents burnout, while the opposition defends the 5-day structure as essential for output, collaboration, and business growth.

Expect discussions on employee performance, economic impact, and whether shorter work weeks truly drive innovation—or just shift the workload. A judging panel will pick the winner, but the audience gets to vote for their favorite argument. Get ready for a fast-paced, thought-provoking battle of ideas!

Building Access

Access to Talent International is via The Galleries, with entrances from Park Street or Pitt Street. Our team will be in the foyer to welcome guests and assist with the lifts.
