- Vinyasa Flow Yoga (suitable for all levels): Connects movement with breath to awaken & access dormant parts of your body

- Guided Meditation: Find clarity and stillness within

After a break to enjoy morning tea and recharge before Debbie takes you on a transformative Psychedelic Breath journey.

To help you ground back into body, soul-nourishing food will be provided by Wild Pear Kitchen. A time for sharing and connection.
