What is PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®?

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® blends ancient breathing techniques, backed by contempory science and the art of electronic music to guide you into higher states of consciousness and is the gateway to deeper meditation. This powerful practice allows you to explore what your body is holding with intention and curiousity. We never know what the breath will bring up so come with an open mind.

Important Note:
PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is safe for most participants but not recommended for those with:

Pregnancy

High inner eye pressure (e.g., glaucoma)
