It is deep in the darkness that we arise to bring illumination and movement into our bodies. The commitment of a daily practice - Sadhana is one of the most powerful ways of keeping your life on track. The ever evolving morning Sadhana team of Abby Spotskey, Erin Widman, Jackie Labanock, Joni Haug and Stephanie Welch work in unison to provide the foundation of a morning Sadhana 6:30 - 7 am weekdays.

Abby's all levels yoga class combines inspirations from Hatha, Kundalini and other movement practices to support the beginning of your day. The combined benefits of movement, strength, mediation and breath accelerate you into your day for 3 weeks this cycle.

Gathering via the online format allows us to come together as a community yet no need to even change out of your pajamas! Set up your home yoga studio with a mat, blanket, and a couple of blocks. Don't like sitting on the ground? You may conduct much of the class from a supportive chair.
