Come along to Reset Yoga Studio.

We will open the space together, meet each other and then I will introduce you to our beautiful scalp oil.

We will close down to our own self scalp massage using the best tools our bodies have to offer, our ngā ringa, our hands. Supported with sounds from taonga puoro to allow us to drop into our bodies and gift our ūpoko, our heads a beautiful massage inside and out.

We will then be guided with a yoga nidra to allow our nervous systems to relax and gift our minds space with rest.

We will close our circle and share a cup of herbal tea after ensuring we are ready to journey home safely.
