We can enhance our human experience by developing unconditional self love and creating community.

These monthly events were created as a safer space to do just that.

Wrapping up our year of love 2023, this month's theme is going to be "bringing together the teachings of the year of love".

This is a wonderful space for individuals that are beginners to a mindfulness practice, seeking to deepen their practice, or just want to meet new Denver friends in a wellness space!

1:30p Opening group activity

2:00p Sound bath and Meditation begin

2:40p Sharing Circle + Journaling (integration)

3:00p - 3:30p Connection + Mingle, announcing next year's theme!

Limited spaces available. Tickets are required for entry.

What to Bring

- A journal and something to write with

- A yoga mat or blanket

- Water bottle

- Dress in comfortable clothes

* During a sharing circle, we gather in a circle and share our thoughts on the meditation and this month's theme. We practice non-judgment to create safer spaces to share by leaning into curiousity. Keep in mind, you don't have to share if you don't want to!

Refund Policy.

If you are feeling sick, please do not attend this event. If you have already purchased tickets, please contact me at sunsandself@gmail.com for a full refund due to your illness. It is important to keep yourself and others healthy!

Location Details.

There is a parking lot behind the building and on the street. The front door will be propped open for easy access. Please reach out via Instagram DMs if you have trouble finding the location. Keep in mind, I may not have my phone available 15 minutes prior to and during the event.
