Join us Online for a 1hr Breakthrough Breathwork session where I'll be bringing all of the profound, transcendental, transformations to you!

Your Zoom link will be sent to you via email on the day of the session & for safety reasons your camera will need to be on with you visible throughout the practise. No recordings will be shared or posted anywhere, this is purely for safety reasons.

Breakthrough Breathwork is completely safe and beneficial for most people, but if you fall under the following categories you cannot take part in Breakthrough Breathwork/ this event.
