The Sound Cocoon 🎄✨

A Daytime Suspended Sound Immersion & Christmas Celebration

One final daytime Cocoon for 2026… and this one is going to be a little bit special. 🧡

Before we step into Christmas and begin turning towards a brand-new year, we’re gathering in the Zen Den to pause, reflect, celebrate and receive.

Together, we'll take some time to look back on the year that was — the growth, the challenges, the beautiful moments, the things we've moved through and perhaps the things we're ready to leave behind.

Then we'll gently turn our attention towards the year ahead, creating space for insight, intention and whatever may be calling us forward.

And because it's Christmas… there'll be plenty of JOY woven in too. 🎄🎅🏼

✨ Reflection on the year that was
✨ Insight & intention for the year ahead
✨ Our Community Christmas Pass the Parcel — with a little Earthern.Soul twist 😉
✨ A beautiful suspended Sound Cocoon immersion
✨ Christmas connection, laughter & treats
✨ And every person attending will receive a gift from our Community Gift Giving Tree 🎁

Our Gift Giving Tree has been created with beautiful offerings donated by local small businesses and members of our wider community — so everyone who joins us will leave with a little piece of someone else's magic to take home.

This isn't about adding another thing to the Christmas rush.

It's about stepping out of it.

A morning to pause. Reflect. Receive. Celebrate. Connect.

To honour the year we've shared, soak in the sound, have a little fun together and close our 2026 daytime Cocoons surrounded by community.

🎄 Friday 11 December 2026
☀️ 9:30am – 11:00am
📍 The Zen Den | Alexandra Hills

Come cocoon with us one last time for 2026.
Sound. Reflection. Connection. Giving. And a little Christmas magic. ✨🧡

The Sound Cocoon is a deeply immersive journey of sound, rest, and restoration.

You are gently suspended in a silk hammock—floating in weightlessness, cradled and supported—while layers of sacred sound weave around you. Crystal bowls, chimes, drums, voice, and other instruments create waves of vibration that cocoon your whole being, guiding you into profound states of relaxation and inner stillness.

In this space, the outside world falls away. Your body softens, your mind quiets, and your nervous system resets. Many describe the experience as being held in the womb—safe, comforted, and deeply nourished.

The Sound Cocoon is more than a sound bath—it’s a sanctuary of resonance where vibration meets soul, and stillness meets weightlessness.

Come as you are. Leave lighter, rested, and renewed. 🌙
