This foundation workshop will help you to organise your life by introducing you to:
* Meditation and Mindfulness to clear and focus your mind;
* Routines and tools to declutter your head and home;
* Resources for sorting important documents;
* An Action Plan for moving forward;
* Morning Tea and Lunch provided.
Wednesday 17th July, 9:30am - 2pm,
The Village Centre, 144 Lascelles St, Brighton.
Cost is $93, maximum of 10 people, email your interest.
