Danielle Dobson is an accomplished leadership expert with over 15 years of corporate experience in engineering, finance, and construction industries, including senior finance roles in the UK, US, and Australia. A former CPA, she has worked across the globe, even on a steel mill in Italy, navigating the challenges of male-led industries.

For the past decade, Danielle has run her own business, empowering leaders and teams to break barriers, decode challenges, and drive impactful change. She is the author of Breaking the Gender Code, which explores strategies to overcome societal and personal limitations, blending her professional expertise with insights from her role as the lead parent to three teenagers.

Known for her practical frameworks and engaging style, Danielle equips individuals to confidently tackle imposter syndrome, enhance leadership, and achieve success both professionally and personally.
