Are you feeling out of the loop when it comes to your child's online life? Do you worry about what they're seeing, sharing, or who they're talking to—but you're not sure how to start the conversation?

"Decoding the Digital World" is a practical and empowering workshop designed for parents, carers, and guardians of young people under 18. This engaging session helps you better understand the social media landscape your child is navigating—and how to support them with confidence.

You’ll walk away with tools, language, and up-to-date knowledge to have meaningful conversations, spot red flags, and build trust at home around online behaviour.

✅ How social media is influencing your child’s identity, friendships, and mental health
✅ The real risks: sextortion, online grooming, cyberbullying, image based abuse; what parents need to know
