About Nia:
A barefoot joy workout with inspired movement for body, mind and soul. Nia is a blend of healing, dance and martial arts - although a class is guided by an instructor, it also is very much encouraged to move your bodies way! Find out more on the Nia Australia website too by visiting www.niaaustralia.com.au

In Nia we dance barefoot. The wonderful reason I love Nia is that it is sustainable and guides and conditions your body for all situations, environments and conditions. We tweak to make it feel better!Classes overlook a beautiful view of Dee Why Beach – so come along and dance with the sea too. Please bring a bottle of water and we generally do some floor work at the end, so you may like to bring a yoga mat if you feel you need that extra comfort – but not necessary to have as we love to connect to Earth in Nia. No yoga mats provided.
