    WELCOME TO DEEP CONNECTED BREATHWORK AT WELL AND BEING - DUNEDIN
    Facilitated by Jack Synnott from Insider Training.

    Join me Jack Synnott for this Deep Concious Connected Breathwork session. 

    During this experience, I will guide you through a series of deep connected breathwork exercises. This deep connected breathwork helps us turn down the overthinking part of the brain and helps us to process situations from a more intuitive place. 

    Here is some important info for the session:
    Bring a journal and pen to capture your insights afterwards.
    Bring a water bottle or something to drink.
    Wear super comfy clothes because feeling relaxed and comfortable is so important.
    It can be good to bring an intention on what you are wanting from the session. 

    WHAT TO EXPECT

    I will begin with an introduction of how the whole session works and demonstrate the breathing technique for everyone. I will then answer any questions you may have before we begin. You’ll then get super cosy on the mat and be guided through a deep breathwork journey with your eyes closed. Carefully selected music will accompany the whole session and I will be there as support and to guide you the whole way through as you need. There will be an opportunity afterwards to journal your insights or share with others if you choose to.

    Anyone who is invested in unlocking more of their potential.

    ****Please note this event is not for anyone that is highly medicated, under 18, or pregnant. If you suffer from bipolar or psychological concerns or have been recently hospitalised. 
    ****Please do not attend if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
    *****It is best to not have eaten at least 2 - 3 hours before and to not have much caffeine. 

    Exchange - 

    Sliding scale depending on what you can afford $50 - $75 pp.

    Get in quick, as I’ve limited this event to 8 people for maximum effectiveness.
