JOIN ME,
On a healing journey that takes us out of our head down into our body... So that we can be reunited with the parts of us that need loving, nurturing and healing. When we do this we start to rediscover our true self, our soul and our uniqueness.

The morning will be centered around self connection
We will break for a healthy, vegan lunch
Then we will enter into a 40 Minute Breath.
