Deep Dive: Telecommunications Security & Risk Management Program (second session)

Join us for a Deep Dive session into the Draft Telecommunications Rules which support the implementation of the Security of Critical Infrastructure and Other Legislation (Enhanced Response and Prevention) Act 2024. 

This will include information and discussion on proposed threshold mechanism and possible compliance exemptions, as well as any other feedback arising from the explanatory material. Discussion will also focus on a proposed scope out mechanism that could be established for entities who hold a carrier licence but are identified to not be security critical.

The session will be hosted by Acting Assistant Secretary, Critical Infrastructure Security Policy, Sophie Bazzana.
