We invite you to join us for a nourishing afternoon of deep grounding meditation and sound healing at the Bamboo Buddha on the Central Coast

This event will be a safe and nurturing space for participants to enter into a deep meditative state to support them during these unique and challenging times.

Starting with a welcoming circle, you will then be guided into a relaxing theta state with a deep grounding meditation, before you embark on a sound healing journey that includes a mix of traditional Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drumming and other healing instruments.

Sound healing while in deep theta state assists with healing and rebalancing the central nervous system and resetting the adrenal glands, as well as supporting participants to come back into their energetic centre.

VENUE: Bamboo Buddha Cafe, 221 Wattle Tree Rd, Holgate NSW 2250

The event is hosted at the back of the venue in the yoga room. Please ask staff for directions on arrival.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

~ Danielle from BODY ALCHEMY ~

Danielle has been a health practitioner for over 25 years, many of those years as a Physiotherapist. Her own spiritual healing journey has been a catalyst to her expanding her work into a more holistic and intuitively guided way of healing others, through many forms of natural, alternative and shamanic practices.

Danielle is a believer that we are multi-dimensional spiritual and energetic beings, living this earthly experience in a physical body. In order to heal and be in a state of wellness all elements of our being need to be in balance and in a state of high vibration.

She is passionate about bringing people together in loving community, connecting with the elements, guiding them to go within to heal their inner world, working through the barriers to shed all that no longer serves, and raising their frequency and becoming their truest, most authentic loving self.

Danielle has studied Integral Sound Healing with the Sound Healing Academy in the UK as well as a number of other modalities. Her current offerings include Sound Healing for groups and 1-on-1, intuitively guided Energy Healing, Sacred Cacao ceremonies, Full Moon/New Moon rituals, Guided Meditations, Aromatouch Technique Bodywork and Physical Therapy.

After a series of life-changing injuries, Tully experienced a spontaneous Kundalini Awakening that cracked her connection to the Divine wide open.

A philosopher of the human journey towards the highest truth of Unconditional Love, Tully has has studied extensively in a diverse range of wisdom systems including the healing arts, esoteric mystery studies, shamanic journeying and the art of ritual. With a focus on understanding trauma and how this affects people on an emotional, physical, energetic and quantum level, Tully gave birth to Shadow Flower Healing in 2019.

Tully’s vision is to provide sacred space for supporting people in their healing and transformational process, as well as creating interactive programs and events where people can experience Community Collaboration, and understand how to deeply connect with Mother Earth.
