This session is a guided deep relaxation similar to Yoga Nidra but with an emphasis on awareness and mindfulness and more in the style of what you might experience on retreats. I draw on my own experience teaching yoga, mindfulness programs and practices from earth honouring traditions & Zen.

You will be lying down for most of the time and receive Reiki too and while I provide yoga mats and a light blanket you're welcome to bring your own relaxation supports as you like - blankets, bolsters, eye pillow etc.

By consciously supporting conditions and tools that lead to peacefulness and relaxation we grow this as a potential within ourselves that we can tap into whenever we need it. And yes, you will feel deeply relaxed...
