As winter draws to a close, it leaves us with an invitation: to slow down, reflect, and truly listen.

In a culture that glorifies productivity and constant doing, rest can feel like a guilty indulgence. Yet rest is not a reward - it’s a necessity. Especially as the seasons shift, our bodies and nervous systems crave time to soften, recalibrate, and prepare for renewal.

DEEP REST is a warm, cocoon-like immersion created to gift you that sacred pause. An intentional space to surrender, restore, and be gently held.

This seasonal experience has been lovingly designed to soothe your nervous system, quiet your mind, and reconnect you with your deeper self through a carefully curated blend of practices:

Meditation & Breathwork with Elise Griffin
Elise will guide you through gentle, somatic breath practices and mindfulness-based meditation to regulate your nervous system, quiet the internal noise, and bring you back into your body. With over 15 years in wellness, Elise’s approach is deeply grounding, trauma-aware, and heart-led.

Sound Healing with Vanessa Fernandez & Nic Robertson
As partners in life, love, and creativity, Nic & Vanessa weave together intuitive healing journeys through rich vocal soundscapes, Native American flute, handpan, and percussive textures. Together they channel the sacred energy and timeless wisdom encoded in frequency, crafting an intimate space to experience the depth of one's soul.

Healing Touch with Lynnette Breytenbach
Lynnette will intuitively offer gentle hands-on support during the session - tuning in to where your body may be calling for care, connection, or energetic grounding. Her nurturing touch is subtle yet deeply impactful, creating a sense of safety, warmth, and deep surrender.

Surrounded by candlelight, wrapped in soft blankets, and supported by four experienced facilitators - this is your invitation to stop doing and start receiving.

We’ll close with grounding connection, chai, and nourishing nibbles so you leave feeling warm, full, and replenished - body, mind, and soul.

A beautiful addition to the evening will be a kaleidoscope of art shared in the form of the spoken word by Andrew Riis.
