Join Jae for a 2.5-hour Deep Rest class in harmony with the full moon, designed to release stress and nourish your nervous system as we transition seasons. Through breathwork, cacao, somatic movement, guided reflection, yin yoga, and a Reiki relaxation journey, we’ll reset your energy and ease your mind—together.
