DEEP REST date night

For friends, lovers and anything in between...this is a delicious evening of nourishing deep rest and soulful connection with your partner.

The evening will start with a candlelit gentle partner yoga and meditation with Amanda ~ sinking deeply into a state of rest and re-setting your nervous system. The gentle movements we will be doing are suitable for EVERY body. No prior yoga experience needed.

Following the yoga, Em will guide you to give a beautiful aromatherapy hand and head massage to each other. Then, tuck yourselves up under blankets and receive a beautiful sound bath.

You will gently emerge from a relaxed state to a cup of warm tea and raw medicinal fudge.

Cost is $89 PER COUPLE and includes 2 x aromatherapy blends for you to take home.

*Wear comfy clothes to stretch in, bring yoga mat & optional BYO blankets/cushions to get comfy for the sound healing.
