A Weekly Invitation to Rest

Deep Rest Meditation is a fully guided, lying-down practice that supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and inner calm. Each session invites you to turn your attention inward and shift from doing and thinking to simply being.

Grounded in the restorative principles of Yoga Nidra, this practice offers conscious rest through a blend of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and deep relaxation.

Held in the peaceful upstairs space at 29 in Kyneton, these Tuesday evening sessions offer a quiet refuge. A place to slow down, soften, and just be.

What to Expect:

A calm, welcoming space with mats, bolsters, and blankets provided
Gentle, trauma-aware guidance suitable for all experience levels
Deep rest that fosters inner safety, replenishment, and nervous system support
A small group setting, held with care and intention
Herbal tea brewing while we rest, ready to enjoy before heading home
A shared atmosphere of rest, self-care and community: a weekly rest ritual for many
