Winter invites us inward - but how often do we truly listen?

In a world that celebrates productivity and constant doing, rest can feel like a luxury or even a guilty indulgence. But rest is not a reward - it is essential. Especially in the colder, quieter months when our bodies and nervous systems naturally long to slow down, soften, and recalibrate.

DEEP REST is a warm, cocoon-like experience lovingly crafted to offer you exactly that: a sacred pause. An intentional space to surrender, restore, and be gently held.

This midwinter immersion has been designed to soothe your nervous system, quiet your mind, and return you to a deeper sense of self through a carefully curated blend of practices:

Meditation & Breathwork with Elise Griffin
Elise will guide you through gentle, somatic breath practices and mindfulness-based meditation to regulate your nervous system, quiet the internal noise, and bring you back into your body. With over 15 years in wellness, Elise’s approach is deeply grounding, trauma-aware, and heart-led.

Sound Healing with Vanessa Fernandez
Vanessa will bathe the room in the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and intuitive vocal tones - all tuned to help your body release tension, your brainwave state slow, and your energetic system rebalance. Her soundscapes are both subtle and powerful, designed to drop you into deep states of rest and recalibration.

Healing Touch with Lynnette Breytenbach
Lynnette will intuitively offer gentle hands-on support during the session - tuning in to where your body may be calling for care, connection, or energetic grounding. Her nurturing touch is subtle yet deeply impactful, creating a sense of safety, warmth, and deep surrender.

Surrounded by candlelight, wrapped in soft blankets, and supported by three experienced facilitators - this is your invitation to stop doing and start receiving.

We’ll close with grounding connection, chai, and nourishing nibbles so you leave feeling warm, full, and replenished - body, mind, and soul.
