Join us for a rejuvenating Mini Yoga Retreat just before Christmas!

Escape the holiday hustle and immerse yourself in a peaceful oasis designed to refresh your mind and body. Enjoy two yoga sessions a guided meditation, and more as part of a soothing mindfulness practice, all set in one our serene community environments. Connect with like-minded individuals, nourish your spirit, and set your intentions for the new year. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this mini retreat from the SDC Group Fitness team is the perfect way to unwind and re-charge. What you can expect: Yoga flow while workshopping yoga asana postures. Breathing techniques and how to regulate your nervous system. Time to meditate and reflect.

An introduction to yoga philosophy and how to weave that into your practice. Relaxing restorative yoga practice. Nibbles, tea and water provided.

We will provide yoga blocks, straps and mats, of course you are welcome to bring your own. Bring along a blanket and a bolster if you have one, if not then a couple of pillows work well. Numbers are limited to a maximum of 16.
