Deep Woods Estate Reserve Release Dinner
Join internationally recognised Deep Woods Estate Chief Winemaker Julian Langworthy for an intimate evening at The Catalina Room, Matilda Bay Restaurant, celebrating the release of the new Deep Woods Estate Reserve wines.
The evening will begin with canapés and Champagne Barons de Rothschild overlooking the Swan River at sunset, in recognition of our special relationship with this renowned Champagne house, before a curated dinner celebrating Western Australian produce.
Each course will be paired with wines personally selected by Julian from the Deep Woods Estate portfolio and cellar, as he shares the stories behind the new Reserve releases – the vineyards, vintages and winemaking that have shaped them.
Guests will be among the first to taste and purchase the new Reserve releases on the evening, ahead of their wider release.
