If you're someone who cares deeply about the work you do — and often finds yourself carrying a lot of ideas, responsibilities and mental load — this is an invitation to pause and ask: how do you take care of yourself while taking care of everything else?

This session is not another workshop to add to your (Co-)Working Day schedule. Instead, it's designed to help you experience the day itself a little differently — with more curiosity, ease, playfulness and noticing.

We'll ground ourselves & open the co-working day together, explore some of the ideas behind Outdoor Office Day(s) Australia and the many ways our environment, movement, nature and the way we interact with others can shape how we experience our working day.

Then you'll receive small challenges, invitations and experiments to play with throughout the day — whether you're working, networking, joining other sessions or simply taking a moment for yourself.

The idea isn't to add more to your to-do list or tell you there is one “right” way to work. It's an opportunity to experiment, notice what feels different, and perhaps discover a few small things that make your working day feel healthier, more comfortable, connected or simply more enjoyable.

We'll meet again towards the end of the day to share the experience, reflect and explore what might be worth carrying into our everyday working lives.

The session is split into two 30-minute parts:

✨🔎🧩 The time in between is experimenting through your day

🌿 3:20-3:50 PM — Reflection

This experience is designed to be attended as part of the Impact Story Lab Co-Working Day (therefore don't forget to register to it as well: https://events.humanitix.com/impact-co-working-knowledge-exchange-day), alongside the other activities and sessions, OR just your working in the space throughout the day.
