The body is an ancient treasure map that holds within it the path to wholeness and the seeds of awakening. We will explore the dharma teachings of mindful, embodied, compassionate presence by deepening into stillness and mindful movement. With mindful, embodied, compassionate presence we can release deeply held stress, old reactive patterns and let go of our limited sense of identity.

The beautiful boundless heart teachings of; love, compassion, joy and equanimity help restore our sense of wholeness: our grounded open heartedness to the flow of life.

The retreat program consists of sitting, walking & guided meditations, meditation instruction, group meetings with teachers, open dharma inquiry sessions, evening Dharma talks & Mindful Movement sessions.
