Breeza will guide you through somatic movement, assisting the physical release of dense, stagnant energy that may be residing in your body. We explore our mind-body connection with heart-opening, hip-opening, shadow dance and, shaking to reset our central nervous system shaking out the pent-up energy that is no longer serving. Somatic Healing allows us to drop out of our mind and return home to our bodies which hold the wisdom beyond what the mind can access.
