An Open Floor & Dancing Freedom workshop with Caitlin Wood - a space to enquire and explore our relationship to ourselves, each other, the group and the ground.

Hi, my name is Caitlin and I’ve spent more than 14 years exploring how we resource ourselves and connect through dance as a practice for life. I’m so curious about how we relate and connect, individually, in relationship, in families and communities, and about how our practice can support what is needed for our next steps towards a whole and deeply connected way of living. I weave together 2 different and complementary conscious dance modalities in this offering - the elemental, earth and community wisdom that is Dancing Freedom, and the somatic movement pattern resourcing focus of Open Floor, bringing a cohesive and rich depth of field, with so much capacity and potential for deepening our practice of learning and exploring together. I’m so excited about bringing this work to the Northern Rivers, and I’m really looking forward to sharing it with you.
