A 10-week customized journey to accelerate moving your work out into the world while deepening your skills of emergence, resilience and action confidence.

Whether what you’re carrying is a seed of a seed of change, a world-changing hope, or simply a desire to be an island of coherence amid the chaos, the orientation here is toward application. Not someday, but now.

Within this small community, we’ll use SPT, visual sensing, journaling, and other Theory U/Presencing practices — at the personal and social field levels. Each session will always include:

deepening emergence skills to notice your best next move
building skills and resources to return to center when things are challenging
developing action confidence and moving your idea forward.

Tailored to the group’s needs, both the specific content and pacing will be guided by emergence.

Prerequisite:

Basic understanding of U.lab, Presencing or SPT and a willingness to work with emergence.

Timing:

Lab sessions meet every other week on Thursdays, October - December, 2026 (except the week of US Thanksgiving).
