Army Art has been part of the WA defence family since 1974.

Primarily known for the annual fundraising art exhibition held at Leeuwin Barracks in Fremantle, the volunteer organisation registered as an Australian Charity in 2023 and commenced art skills programs for serving Defence personnel, their families and veterans.

Delivered by senior, professional artists, the programs are designed to develop creative practice for participants to take into their everyday lives.

Programs run throughout the year and are structured to accommodate operational and family demands.
