This site is a key part of the manufacturing ecosystem in South Australia, and is ideally located close to Defence Science and Technology Group, the Edinburgh Defence precinct and is only 27 minutes from Osborne shipyards via key freight corridors.

The Lionsgate Business Park is the former General Motors Holden manufacturing site – the 123 hectare facility has been retained for manufacturing and is fast becoming a key part of South Australia’s defence ecosystem.
