Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Data - Principles to Practice Workshop
Description
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Data - Principles to Practice Workshop
At a time in organisations where expectations are high to deliver on outcomes, diversity data literacy is a key skill required by many Human Resources, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion professionals. It is a skill that is often neglected, but one that helps you understand your organisation’s greatest strength, its people (where everyone is counted), and how to design effective evidence-based solutions.
The facilitators have always loved working with diversity data, multifactorial analysis (intersectional analysis), critical interpretation of data, seeing patterns, interrogating data and methodologies, the human experience, and seeing how everything is connected. We would like to teach you everything we have learned over the last 20 years of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion data, to help build your confidence, and create a compelling case for action.
Workshop Aims
Strengthen your understanding of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion data and build your diversity data literacy and practice. Explore how to make Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives truly impactful by leveraging data to inform decisions, measure progress, and drive meaningful change.
