Deloitte Presents: Human × machine lab: Getting human and machine relationships right in HR and workforce decisions

Join us for the Human × Machine lab, an interactive session bringing together leaders from HR, transformation, and technology to explore how humans and AI can work together when making HR and workforce decisions.

This hands‑on lab will tackle real HR use cases including CV screening, employee relations case preparation, workforce insights, and internal communications. In small, cross‑functional teams, you’ll use AI tools such as Copilot to design a human-machine decision matrix. This matrix will show:

• what AI should always do (for example, transcription, summarisation, and first drafts),

• what AI can support but not decide (such as initial CV screening, triage, or scenario modelling), and

• what humans must always do (including judgement, accountability, and contextual interpretation).
