How do we ensure AI experiences enhance human experiences, rather than just automate them? Join us for an interactive discussion and workshop which will explore the practical side of designing AI experiences that prioritize people over technology.

This session moves beyond AI hype and into sharing tangible frameworks, methods, and real-world learnings from recent Deloitte New Zealand projects with telco and healthcare clients where we've successfully embedded human-centric principles into AI solutions designed for customers and doctors.

Discover strategies for designing more meaningful conversational AI experiences, tuning off-the-shelf AI solutions to authentically reflect an organisation’s brand tone, and developing distinct personalities for AI agents. Participate in a collaborative workshop segment focused on the critical considerations for designing AI experiences that serve humans and contribute to a better tomorrow. Leave with actionable insights and a clearer perspective on putting people and purpose at the heart of AI design and development.

This event will be co-facilitated by Deloitte’s Jon Irick and Kavi Chetty. Jon is a Specialist Master in Deloitte’s Customer Strategy and Design team and Kavi is a Manager in Deloitte’s Customer Strategy and Design team. Both Jon and Kavi are human-centred experience designers and design researchers working at the intersection of empathy, technology and AI.
