Speakers: 

Mark Harrison (CITPNZ) is a ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, Gen AI specialist, and author of the Deloitte Enterprise Service Management Framework. He has designed several Certified Store Apps, including Customer Experience Assistant (the first Agentic AI app to be certified on the store), and ConnectQuick integration framework, as well as leading client solutions including: Gen AI for IT Service Management, ACC claim calculations, Enterprise Asset Management, and Hazardous Waste Tracking: winning the Reseller Award for Digital Transformation in 2021.

Latika Moghe is a Manager in our Wellington ServiceNow practice and Delivery Lead for the Customer Experience Assistant app. She is a ServiceNow certified System admin, application developer, ITOM – Discovery and HRSD. She has over 10 years’ experience, focused on clients in ServiceNow implementations.
