Dr Angeline Achariya
Innovation Gamechangers, Chief Executive Officer and Non-Executive Director Angeline Achariya is a Non-Executive Director and CEO of Innovation GameChangers. With more than 25 years in C-suite and senior roles at Mars, Fonterra, Mondelez, Yum! and Simplot, Angeline has generated over $500 million in combined revenue and commercial value across products, processes and business model innovations in global markets, predominantly across Asia-Pacific. She co-founded Monash Food Innovation, the world's first industry-research collaboration hub. Named to the Foodcons 99 World Food Innovation Leaders list in 2025 and recognised as one of the world's most influential women leaders in agrifood tech in 2026, she is also a 2025 Victoria's Trailblazer Award recipient and Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering. She currently serves on the boards of Industry Innovation and Science Australia, Wine Australia and Australia's Economic Accelerator, and chairs G100 Food Systems Innovation Asia-Pacific.
Craig Houston
ANZCO Foods, Blood Products Manager Craig brings over 10 years of experience at ANZCO Foods, plus vast experience in biotechnology, food manufacturing, packaging and food safety research industries. His varied background, combined with an Honours Degree in Commerce, gives Craig a unique perspective on the requirements to deliver products derived from blood within ANZCO’s portfolio and those to be introduced in the future. As Blood Products Manager, Craig manages the collection and processing of various blood products and is the link to ANZCO’s processing facilities. A key function of his role is to facilitate the introduction of new products and processes, which involves working with production teams and compliance staff to navigate client and regulatory requirements to get products to market. Craig is both a Fellow and on the Executive of the New Zealand Institute of Food Science and Technology, Deputy Chair of BioTechNZ and a member of the Institute of Directors.
Kasey Kime
BioOra, Vice President of Quality & Regulatory Affairs Kasey Kime is a seasoned leader in global quality and regulatory affairs within the life sciences sector, bringing more than fifteen years of experience. In her current role, she focuses on the commercialisation of BioOra’s late-phase CAR-T asset. Kasey is interested in advanced manufacturing strategies and the development of a strong, sustainable quality culture. Kasey's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science and post-graduate degrees in Medical Microbiology, Quality Systems Management, and Business Administration. She actively contributes to the industry by serving on the Australia and New Zealand ISCT Regulatory Committee as Co-Chair.
Nick Pyke
Ag Innovate Ltd and Leftfield Innovation Ltd, Founder and Director Nick is a Founder and Director of Ag Innovate Ltd and Leftfield Innovation Ltd. AgInnovate focusses on supporting innovation through high quality applied research and deliver benefits to New Zealand food producers and the agricultural industries. Leftfield Innovation is a social enterprise which uses market insights to develop diversified sustainable land uses delivering food for consumers. Nick brings strong governance experience from agricultural businesses, farms, industry good organisations and a sports organisation and is currently Chair of AGMARDT, a Director of Cropmark Seeds and Pāmu and Chair of Darfield Seed.
