Deloitte Presents: Uncover the art of the possible: Deloitte x ServiceNow UC student appathon

Take on a challenge!

Deloitte and ServiceNow, in partnership with the University of Canterbury, are throwing down a Techweek Appathon challenge to the students at the University of Canterbury (UC). 

 Gain industry certification, leading to an Appathon event focused on solving real‑world challenges, using tech for social good.

Collaborate as a team made up of both technical and non-technical student majors where you'll all learn to work within an industry standard structured framework. During the event you will be able to: 

• Develop and present an industry-grade business application utilising the ServiceNow technology platform.

• Receive hands-on instructor-led training and development in building a low-code app. 

• Pitch your solution for a chance to win prizes! 

Each Appathon team will have approximately 6 hours to work on their solutions, receiving mentor support and guidance from technical experts throughout the day – and food to keep you focused!  

Teams will present their solution to an independent judging panel at the end of the Appathon, followed by awards and refreshments. 

Every student who participates will also receive a voucher to certify in the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam, valued at USD300.

The Appathon is open to all students at UC.
