Jack Newbould at Brisbane-based Delphi Advisory is one of Australia's and the world's rising Generative AI Optimisation (GAIO) stars. He can help you understand how to increase your brand's visibility on LLMs such as Claude and ChatGPT. GAIO is becoming increasingly crucial to retain and grow marketshare.

The event, 'Turning Signals into Strategy', will be a rare chance to spend time with Newbould in a small group and ask questions about this new and crucial area of strategic communications in 2026.

"Three forces have made the old comms playbook obsolete," says Newbould. "Attention has fragmented, opinions form disparately, not in any one place. Trust is volatile, a narrative can move faster than your ability to respond, especially in markets like Perth, where reputations travel by referral."

AI compression is rewriting discovery, buyers ask AI: 'What's the best option?', before they ever talk to you, and the market's shared understanding of who you are can shift without a single mention reaching your inbox. "You usually only notice when pipeline softens, customers turn price-sensitive, or deals you thought you had quietly disappear," he says.

This half-day, closed-room session is built on a single premise: audience intelligence is business intelligence. What your market, regulators, competitors and AI systems are actually saying about you is strategic data, not a comms output. Treated that way, it sharpens positioning, pricing, partnerships and risk.

The masterclass is focused on Delphi's three operating pillars:

Audience intelligence
- Capturing real-time signals across web, social and news to identify when action is needed and why, then segmenting the audiences that matter from the noise that doesn't.
Narrative strategy
- Defining who you're actually talking to, what to say, and where to say it. Diagnosing where your organisation is losing narrative control and how to hold a defensible position in high-stakes environments.
LLM visibility
- Structuring how you say it so AI systems can find and cite you. Even the strongest organisations are often not currently visible.

Each pillar runs as a working clinic applied to the participant's own organisation, not a lecture. Attendees leave with a clear read on where they sit, where they're exposed, and the three highest-leverage moves to make in the next 30-60 days. Capped at a small group. Built for founders, comms leads and executives who want communications operating as a strategic intelligence function, not a reactive support line. Spaces limited.

This event is hosted by Perth Media Events, a division of Perth Media. Perth Media has an exclusive strategic partnership with Delphi Advisory, the only communications, PR, marketing, digital and branding agency to do so in WA.
