During Dementia Action Week, join Professor Daniel Chan as he discusses dementia awareness and prevention.

This informative talk will explore dementia and answer common questions, including:

  • How is dementia different from the normal changes in memory and thinking that come with ageing?

  • What are the signs and symptoms of dementia?

  • Can dementia be prevented?

  • What are the best treatment options following a dementia diagnosis?

  • Is there a cure for dementia?

  • What does the latest research tell us about dementia treatment?

  • What is the outlook after a dementia diagnosis, and what should you consider when planning for the future?
