Event description

Michael Verde’s presentation identifies the common factors contributing to the emotional isolation of people with dementia-related cognitive impairments; introduces person-centred communication that mitigates/ends emotional isolation; and illustrates person-centred communication with riveting video footage.

Light refreshments available.
