DEMO 2/4: Up Late at the Judith Wright Arts Centre

Presented by Outer Space and the Institute of Modern Art (IMA), DEMO 2/4 is the next chapter in a series of after-hours art experiments transforming the Judith Wright Arts Centre into a late-night playground of live performance, installation, and experimental art.

With hands-on workshops to explore, drinks flowing, and something to nibble on, there’s plenty to keep you lingering.

This is art without the usual edges, no fixed format, no white walls, and no two moments the same. Wander through evolving installations, encounter unexpected activations, and experience contemporary art from a fresh perspective - fluid, alive, and after dark.

If you were at DEMO 1/4, you already know the energy was electric, and that was just the warm-up. For DEMO 2/4, we’re turning things up. New artists, new experiences, and even more surprises around every corner. And if this is your first time? Welcome. You’re in for a treat.
