Event description

Did you know that Australia has its own spinach? Sort of! Discover how to handle the lovely lush leaves of Warrigal Greens, turning them into brilliant green pancakes and moreish omelettes.

Fiona, from Bent Shed Produce, will add her own twist on these classic dishes using her extensive range of Australian native flavours and mixes, including Lemonberry Sugar and the renowned Native Peppersalt.
