Join Anna Wong (Director, ACT Historic Places) as she demonstrates how to make jam while chatting about the kitchen gardens at Calthorpes House, Mugga Mugga Cottage and Lanyon Homestead, recipes from our collection and some tips and tricks for homemade jams and drinks. Take home Mrs Calthorpe’s Apricot Jam recipe to try at home.
