***DEN*connect online community**

Thank you for joining the public sector disability employee networks (DEN) online community - DENconnect! It is a safe, open and inclusive space for all participants to receive updates on the activities, networks and initiatives being developed across all NSW government agencies which work towards disability inclusion. By connecting employees with disability to each other and their advocates, a collective movement can be made towards inclusion in NSW government.

The aim of DENconnect is to:

promote the work being done by each NSW government agency/clusters to achieve the NSW Premiers priority to increase the number of people with disability in the sector
share stories and achievements which promote wellbeing and build capabilities across the DEN and with their advocates
have a connected DEN which builds awareness and an inclusive culture for people with disabilities, strengthening the workforce and embedding change
make personal connections and build networks with your colleagues, not only for career progression but to improve engagement across the sector
have an active platform to exchange and consult on relevant information i.e. funding, adjustments or supports, ICT and accessibility
provide a launchpad for external or internal campaigns/initiatives aimed at enabling equity across the sector
champion disability inclusion by creating advocates and featured advocates
be a channel for our members to connect with senior leadership and executive members
support the NSW government as a world class public service - one that is an employer of choice
