Welcome to the next Saturday Night Denmark Ecstatic Dance- to be held monthly throughout the year.

This dance is a space to connect with the medicine of movement in community. To tune deeply into whats alive within us beyond the surface and allow it to freely express, move and guide us.

The evening will start with a non-verbal dance floor, dancing through an hour & a half of music. After a closing circle the invitation is to stick around, connect and together share some nourishing vegan soup (INCLUDED IN TICKET).

DOORS OPEN at 6.30pm and will be closed at 7pm- NO ENTRY after then. From there the journey will begin.

VENUE: Denmark Scout Hall

Bring a WATER BOTTLE , a sweat TOWEL and DRESS COMFORTABLY.

This is a drug & alcohol free event.

ECSTATIC DANCE is a practice of dancing freely to connect with your mind, body and beyond. The practise encourages us to LET GO, surrendering mind and body to the unique authentic movement of the heart. There is no right or wrong way to dance, no set moves, just you and your beautiful body moving with life.
