Design Dash: Creative Collaboration

Creative collaboration is the art of working with others to achieve better outcomes than you could reach as individuals. When it's done right, creative collaboration allows every party to contribute the best of their talents and develop in their areas of need, producing a living, learning team that's greater than the sum of its parts.

This virtual bootcamp will give you a solid grounding in how to increase the capacity for creative collaboration in your organisation. We'll explore the many pitfalls of collaboration and the dynamics of teams, and you’ll have the opportunity to experiment with new ways of working within teams that unlock both individual and collective creativity.

What you'll learn:

⚡️ Putting people first.

Explore key insights into how and why group dynamics form, and the human source of every problem and possibility in a group setting.

⚡️ How to manage productive conflict.

Learn how to defuse unproductive conflict and introduce creative collision around ideas that enables teams to overcome groupthink.

⚡️ Inspiring an orientation towards action.

Understand how to cut through analysis paralysis and inspire teams to take early action that generates insights to move the conversation forward.

We can't wait to see you there!
