Tim Paciolla, Head of Design - Jira Service Desk / ITSM, Atlassian | He has spent the past 25 years involved in software development. He started in quality assurance and has held management positions in engineering, product management and product design. In addition to Atlassian, he's spent time at Apple, Yahoo! and global design agency frog.

David Jones - Founder/CEO, Pointzi | David will be asking the questions; a product-obsessed founder whose last company, ThreatMetrix, exited for over $1B. His previous company exited to Surfcontrol (now Websense) and his current company is Pointzi, which delivers a codeless SaaS Onboarding solution for mobile and web applications.
