Start the year by slowing down and reflecting on what you truly want more of in your life - and what you’re ready to leave behind.

This free online workshop is a calm, guided space to explore your values, direction, and priorities for 2026. Through simple reflection prompts and guided discussion, you’ll begin shaping a clearer vision for the life, work, and relationships you want to create.

This session is intentionally light and grounding - designed to meet you exactly where you are, without pressure or performance.

You’re welcome to join with a cup of tea, camera on or off.
