MC'd by praised design enthusiast, and TV personality Tim Ross, the vibrant hybrid event is set to occur nationally across 5 states, including Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney.
Presented by the Design Institute of Australia, these awards are the most influential national design celebration and will unveil the designers shaping our lives and creating our futures.
IRL guest experiences include a profoundly moving and poetic immersive 3D visual art installation, curated DJ entertainment for each state, and an artistic food and beverage ideation inspired by the Designers Australia Awards Categories—Place, Interact, Use.

The Designers Australia 2021 Awards initiated after recognising an industry void acknowledge the breadth of the design disciplines advocated by the DIA. The unique awards, a first for the industry identify Australia's best designers and studios emphasising the individual/s and their design processes as much as the outcome.
