Celilo Springs was judged WA's best new home at the 2023 WA Architecture Awards, and is now in the running for the national prize.

Designed and built by Andrew Boyne from Western Architecture Studio and partner Erica as their own home, it ticks all the boxes for what we should be building right now. A small-footprint dwelling on an infill suburban block, it has high sustainability credentials and an abundant native garden that provides habitat for local wildlife, including the resident toddler!

Constructed for just over $300,000 it proves that a modest budget doesn’t mean compromising on quality design.
